Three ways to join:

1. Apply online.  Either pay for section (WAME) dues or the full membership; WAME, WA-ACTE and ACTE on the WA-ACTE website: www.wa-acte.org.  Payment can be made by credit card or through pay pal.

2. Pay $20.00 section (WAME) dues when you register for DECA Fall Leadership Conference.

3. Print out and complete the WAME application below and send your application along with your $20.00 check to:    WAME Membership c/o Bruce Brewer

WA-ACTE

The Washington Association for Career and Technical Education (WA-ACTE) works full-time on legislative issues to make sure Career and Technical Education programs in Washington State are adequately funded and fully supported.  WA-ACTE also endeavors to help our members get all they need to make the most of their professional abilities.

WA-ACTE Membership Categories

Active Association Membership $60
Active Association membership is offered to anyone with interest in the field of Career and Technical Education.

Retired Teacher and Student Membership $20
Retired Teacher membership is offered to retired Career and Technical Education teachers and student membership is offered to anyone still in secondary or post-secondary school.

 
MEA

Membership Fees

· First Time Membership (Never been a member before): $30.00.

· Professional Membership (Annual Membership Renewal): $56.00.

The national Marketing Education Association is the primary professional organization representing the specific interests and needs of Marketing Educators. National MEA provides an ongoing program of information, communications, and professional development and support for its members. In addition, national MEA actively promotes the growth and improvement of Marketing Education programs in secondary and postsecondary schools, and works with the public including educational decision-makers, legislators, business people and others to build understanding of and support for Marketing Education programs, students, and graduates.

Membership Fees

ACTE Membership: $60.00.

Association for Career and Technical Education is well known for its leadership in legislative advocacy. We work year-round with education policymakers and organizations, building national support and funding for career and technical education in cities and towns from one end of the nation to the other. But ACTE members also enjoy many benefits and services that help members make a personal difference to improve their schools, programs, students and their own careers.
